Ordering and Payment:
All payments are processed via Paypal. It’s very easy to set up a Paypal account. However, if you don’t want to open up a Paypal account, then you can still use your credit or debit card on the Paypal site, without registering. Here’s how you do this:

Order your items and click on the ’Pay this seller using Paypal’ button when the order is complete.
At the Paypal log in screen look for the link on the bottom left that says ‘Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account’ (where available).
Click ‘Continue’.
Fill our your credit/debit card and address details.

Click ‘Review order and continue’.
Click ‘Continue without logging in’.

Review your payment and select ‘Pay now’.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy:
Each item of Flambeaux Jewellery has been crafted with care and attention and quality control measures in place. Please note that I specialise in producing organic, unique pieces of jewellery. Dramatic textures and finishes are the focal features of Flambeaux Jewellery. All the imperfections are what make my designs special and unusual.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event of any issues, I would want to work with you to rectify this.

Set out below are guidelines on how to return a product.

For hygiene reasons, Flambeaux Jewellery is unable to accept returns on any earrings.
Please note that Flambeaux Jewellery is unable to accept returns on any bespoke orders. Please ensure all sizes are correct at time of ordering. Please refer to Bespoke Page for more details.

Faulty Goods Returns:

Return your item within 30 days.

  • You will be offered a repair or replacement service within 30 days of receipt.
  • You will be issued a full refund including postage reimbursement within 30 days.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or opened, please do not sign for this. Notify me and I will investigate this directly with the delivery company.

Any faulty or damaged item /s should be returned with the receipt of purchase and full contact details within 30 days of receipt.

Complete the Returns Form that is included in your delivery with your full contact details. Fill out the Faulty Goods Section. If you no longer have this form, please contact me on 01237 473457 or eMail razale@flambeauxjewellery.co.uk with your contact details to request a copy.

Please ensure that your jewellery is carefully packed in the original gift box / bag.

Place this in a padded envelope.

To ensure delivery I recommend that you use a secure, trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Place your item in the sealable bag. I will refund the full postage price on receipt.

For insurance purposes, please keep your postal receipt, which holds the tracking number in a safe place until you have been notified by me that the item has been received.

I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Flambeaux Jewellery. Any piece of jewellery that is deemed to be damaged through wear and tear or misuse, will not be replaced, exchanged or refunded. Your postage costs will not be reimbursed in this instance. Please refer to Jewellery Care Section for advice on caring for your beautiful jewellery.

For bespoke items, where a direct replacement will not be possible, I will offer a repair service. Where this is not possible I will reimburse your payment in full within 30 days.

For limited edition pieces, an exchange will be offered. I will reimburse delivery costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods.

Gift Returns:

Return your item within 30 days.

  • You will be offered an exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • You will be issued a full refund excluding postage within 30 days.

We all get excited to receive a gift and I really hope that you will love your chosen piece of jewellery. In the event that this is not what you were hoping for, I offer a 30 day refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on any earrings. Please note that I am unable to accept gift returns on any bespoke orders.

Your details are registered and stored internally when you purchase lovely jewellery on the Flambeaux Jewellery website. This is to provide an excellent and efficient service for you.
Your details will be registered and stored whenever you subscribe to the Flambeaux Jewellery newsletter that’s full of exciting news.
